Game Day: 19Mar2011

The morn was bright and beautiful, the air was filled with the shining faces of school children and peddlers of goods and gods alike. It was brisk, it was warm, as the main port city of Medain Sari’i was ready for a new day too begin…

Harker Forester was already bright eyed and bushy tailed (if you could even see his eyes neath his earthen scented hat) as he performs his usual duties as the “unofficial evil mascot” of the all too familiar tavern/hotel: The Singing Pussy*
His short yet very important duties along side of Missy Yanine was all that was required for the early hours as he kept what possible shadows in the wee morning at bay…

As the sun continued its ascend into the heavens, we come to see a much younger, sweeter looking teen ready to explode with his own dreams and aspirations as the world around tries to help keep his mind in the dark of his short lived childhood… Wrapped in foreign looking clothes of a land not too far away from the very port city, Azuna Gugetzu has started his day with a few minutes of seeing his way along the ‘Common Point’ quarter of Medain Sari’i and a couple questions…

With the assistance of a friendly local royal guard, Azuna was directed to a all too visited hotel… The Singing Pussy…

Between a fresh steaming bowl of soup, and a small lesson on what a 6 chambered revolver; Azuna and Harker become quick business partners for some quick cash and something to keep their minds at bay as their own personal dark pasts brighten to the up and coming future they had together.

After their small yet far from meager meal, they set off for a short walk to discover some work involving their unique skills. After Harker noticed a all too elaborate post, it was shortly discovered that there was a need for ‘body guards’ for a specific person.

Gardem Smokesman, Harker’s old employee and the very hands that forged Harker’s dual chamber locked revolvers; happened to be the one posting the bills and adverts about the ‘Common Point’ that day. After small words, Smokesman pointed the men towards the ‘Praying Dome’ who was the real recruiter for the previously mentioned job. They said their farewells and quickly made it too the ‘Praying Dome’.

After some elaborate door ways and entrances, they made it too a smoke heavy room full of people praying, dancing, and singing praise too an immeasurable amount of deities within an equal amount of tongues that it would make anyone already crazy, sane. Thankfully the two found the head master of the facility and made their final day’s chat as they met the individual needing to be escorted… It turns out that the young feral-kin named Mathar Taqil, which roughly translated to Crying Rain; was performing his final rites into manhood by obtaining a small sphere which helped make the ‘Flying Elevators’ of ’Hearth’s Teeth’ actually traversable. As word had it, this sphere was taken by a group of… individuals… Who made it to the old historical city of ‘Faint Bluff’. Little is known of this former glorious city, other than the rumored birth place of modern technology. It was long abandoned for an unrecorded amount of years and the thieves of this mysterious orb happens to be taken camp there…

With a heavy bag of uncounted coin, three purchased mules, and safe passage into ‘Faint Bluff’ with a local traveling merchant caravan, what could possibly happen… Right?

To be continued…

Any suggestions that would help improve the asthetic as well as how to dissiminate this information, please contact your GM.

Game Day: 19Mar2011
Well, first official game wasn’t all about blood spilling and taking down a billion Crit inmune plant monsters that have this weird drive to devour your steel… Hmm… Thats a thought. Anyway.

We played at my home, near the end of a house warming party and to be brutally honest: It went real well. To see grown ass men talking as a sand brandished ninja kid, and a city living mountain coot who has a grand need to divulge his very weapons to the said ninja kid. Everyone seemed to enjoy it, it also helped it being close to payday so they enjoyed the grilled food and assortment of beverages (that includes non-alcoholic folks). So all in all: They need to bring some stuff other than their dice, their own MD, and their own tails. That all will be discussed in MUCH greater detail on a later date.

Actual current player(s): 2
Soon to be new player(s): 2
Possible maybe player(s): 1

And that was just a week of goof talking about the game off hand too… And here I though recruiting folks was a B.

Next game day will be the 24th and/or the 25th. All pending on the multitude of outside influences. More on what happens irl this sunday :3

Thank you!!

Game Day: 25Mar2011

With an early day off work, and a 2 hour prep time to get everyone all set… Ended up pushing the game back about an hour tops. Which was my secondary period prior to phone calls but was all scuttled when our dust hat wearer came with a stack of pizza and an assortment of “fancy beere” and then had to wait a bit on me as I had to finish writing what I was writing about…
